BARRIE, Ont. - Daniel Erlich had two goals and an assist as the Barrie Colts knocked off the Ottawa 67's 5-2 in Ontario Hockey League playoff action Tuesday night.

With the victory, the Colts now lead the Eastern Conference best-of-seven semifinal 2-1.

The overage forward now has 17 career playoff goals over his career with the London Knights, Guelph Storm, and the Colts.

Josh MacDonald picked up a goal and a pair of assists for Barrie, while Winnipeg Jets prospect Mark Scheifele and Alex Lepkowski also scored.

Mike Cazzola and Marc Zanetti, a pair of overagers, replied for Ottawa.

Both teams found success with the man advantage. Barrie finished the evening at 2-for-5, while Ottawa went 1-for-4 on the power play.
