Crow Lake, 30 minutes west of Perth, is well-known for its pristine waterways and verdant forests. Now, thanks to chef and resort owner, Ludwig Ratzinger, it's gaining notability for its mouthwatering chocolate. Ludwig produces delicious milk and dark chocolate bars from "noble-grade" cocoa beans from suppliers in Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia and the Dominican Republic. The beans are manufactured into the highest quality chocolate blocks and chips in Switzerland. In a quaint Crow Lake school house kitchen, Ludwig transforms them into superior chocolate bars.
