Some residents in Chelsea, Quebec are angered over a proposal to construct a sewage plant in their neighbourhood.
Residents protested the proposal at a rally on Mill Road in Chelsea, just an hour north of Gatineau, Saturday.
They say the site will negatively affect the quality of life for nearby homeowners. They're appealing to Chelsea's city council to change the site location.
Council is set to vote on Monday.
