Human remains found in a bush by hunters last week have put an end to the search for a man who's been missing for six years.

A coroner determined the remains belong to Scott Judge, who was last seen in September 2003. Police consider his death suspicious.

Judge disappeared at the age of 38. He was last seen by a friend walking near Elbow Lake on Sept. 30, 2003. His cause of death remains unknown.

The remains were discovered by two hunters on Friday in Central Frontenac, near Sharbot Lake.

Anyone with information about the case is asked to call Ontario provincial police at 613-267-2626.
