Halloween night proves fatal for one, three others suffer serious injuries

One man, 21, is dead and three others are in serious condition after a fiery rollover early Sunday morning.
Paramedics say they responded to the scene at Island Park and Ottawa River Parkway at about 3:15 a.m.
When they arrived, four people were trapped inside a burning car. Two of them had been pulled out by pedestrians, while the others had to be extricated by Ottawa's fire department.
According to the paramedic report, the car had struck a tree at high speeds, rolled onto its roof, and caught on fire.
It is believed only one person was wearing a seatbelt.
Ottawa police are investigating.
Conditions upon arrival at hospital:
- Man, 21, critical injuries to head and face, open fracture to right arm
- Man, 20s, critical injuries to head, face, and abdomen
- Man, 20s, critical head injuries, multiple fractures to left leg and right shoulder
- Man, 20s, injuries to abdomen, chest in serious condition
